Introduction

Welcome to AEO Verify (“AEO Verify”, “we”, “us” or “our”). We are glad you are here. These terms (the “Terms”) govern your use of our website at aeo-verify.com, our free audit, your AEO Verify account and workspaces, and any related services (together, the “Services”). They are written to be clear and fair, so you know what to expect from us and what we expect from you.

By using the Services, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

What AEO Verify does

AEO Verify checks whether AI engines can read your website, asks AI engines your buyer questions, shows what they answered with the evidence, and helps you test changes. It observes and measures. It does not promise rankings, mentions, citations, traffic or revenue. AI answers change over time and results describe the questions and dates measured, nothing more.

Your account and your site

• Keep your sign-in secure. You are responsible for what happens in your account.
• Only use AEO Verify with websites and information you are legally allowed to access. Do not use it to access private or restricted content.
• Do not use AEO Verify to break the law, to attack or overload any site, or to get around our limits.

Credit and payments

• Runs use credit. The price of a run is shown before you start, and credit is held until the run ends. What is not used goes back to your balance.
• Monthly packs renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel any time, and your pack stays active until the end of the current billing period. Unused monthly credit does not carry over.
• One-time credit does not expire.
• Credit is not refundable except where required by law.
• Free credit for new accounts can be changed or withdrawn at any time.

Your data

Your data stays yours. We use it only to run the Services for you, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can export it from Settings.

You can delete your account and request deletion of your data. Our Privacy Policy explains how that works and what may need to be retained.

Recommendations

Suggestions and the optimization plan are inferences from the evidence, not guarantees. You decide what to change on your site. AEO Verify never publishes anything on your behalf.

Availability and liability

AEO Verify is provided as is. We work to keep it available and accurate but cannot promise it will be free of errors or interruptions, or that third-party AI engines will respond. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Ending use

You can stop using AEO Verify at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these Terms.

Changes

If we make material changes, we’ll update the date above and provide any notice required by law.
